YOGI!!

I bought my first yoga mat yesterday. Or should I say Devin bought it for me. Regarldess, I got one. I have been doing yoga for a few months now. My favorite pose is the relaxation pose, but I am just learning and not very flexible at all anymore. I have decided that I would like to start doing it in my house. I have plenty o' room so why not. Anyway, so does anyone know of any good yoga dvd's? Chelise and Chenae I am sure you do. Right? And guys while I was looking online today I found this. ITSY BITSY YOGA: Poses to help your baby sleep longer, digest better, and grow stronger. Its totally for real. I am so going to have my children become yoga masters. Kids are so darn flexible I am sure they are great at it. Interesting.

Oh my word, girl! Is this who I think it is?????? I was just wondering about you the other day, wondering where you are and what you're up to. How have you been? When did you get married?

Yogi masters, I need a favor:

I need book recommendations. Visit our blog to share your thoughts or do a blog post of your own about it! Thanks!

Hi, it's Chelise. I borrowed Chenae's book a few years ago and learned a lot about Yoga. It's called "Power Yoga". Also I would suggest going to BYU Television and doing Yoga with Deni. I love Yoga and it's totally helped me after having a baby! I love teaching it too - check out Yogafit. I've been doing some Itsy Bitsy Yoga with Kalem - haven't you seen him doing "happy baby" pose....hee hee hee

ok. my new favorite option for "yoga dvd's". Go to byutv.org and find the "total body fitness" (i think that's what it's called) programs. They do all kinds of workouts, but yoga is one of them. Deni, the instructor, is really good (and they have pregnancy modifications) and you can watch any show from the past. Mat and I have been doing them together (the computer is in a good place for us to be able to work out). Let me know what you think.

I did the yoga sessions on BYUTV...it was great and really fun! How do I get my kids to realize that it's relaxing time for me....not jump on mommy while she's doing downward dog?
