So a few of you may know that I am a huge fan of reading. I read all the time, and I will read anything that sounds interesting. This year, Dev and I set a goal to read one book each month. That wont be hard for me I dont think because I love to devour whatever I am reading. I think it bothers Devin a little bit that I dont take my time reading something that I am interested in. Anyway, I decided to make a list of books that I want to read. I would like to have everyones and anyones input on the books that I have chosen and also if you have any suggestions, that would be cool too! Thanks! So here is my list.

Angelas Ashes by Frank McCourt
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas by John Boyne
Bel Canto by Ann Patchett
The Diary of Anne Frank
The Kitchen Boy by Robert Alexander
Life of Pi by Yaan Martel
Marley and Me by John Grogan
The Memory Keepers Daughter by Kim Edwards
October Sky by Homer Hickam
The Pilots Wife by Anita Shrieve
The Princess Bride by William Goldman
Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi
The Red Tent by Anita Diamont
Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry by Mildred D. Taylor
Skellig by David Almond
The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien
Things I Want My Daughters to Know by Elizabeth Noble
A Time for Dancing by Davida Wills Hurwin
The Time Travelers Wife by Audrey Niffenger
Water For Elephants by Sara Gruen
When Crickets Cry by Charles Martin

Also I am very interested in books about prenatal exercise to ease delivery and anything that has to do with labor and delivery. If you know of anything great, let me know. I am going to get Nine Months Strong: Shaping Up for Labor and Delivery by Karen Bridson, Exercising Through Your Pregnancy by James Clapp and also, Easy Labor by William Camaan. So any thoughts would be appreciated.

i can give you great dvd suggestions for pregnancy and exercise- and afterwards! go to momsintofitness.com AMAZING! and for labor and delivery, hypnobirthing, the mongan method. i've given birth three times, all without pain meds. the first two times, i suffered through it, the third time, i used hypnobirthing, and it made a WORLD of difference! i'm michelle's sister by the way.

Wow, you read a lot. And I mean that in a good way I promise. I am a bit jealous because I get to read/study about exciting things like calculus (boo!)

If I had suggestions for good pregnancy books I'd tell you. But since I don't kids nor pregnant, I've got nothing for you...

If you haven't read Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, that's my vote!

Looks like a great book list! I have a lot of favorites by Sheri Dew if you want a little bit of a spiritual one thrown in there.

Love ya!

Ashley, I'm going to send you an invitation to join Goodreads. It's a way to connect with friends and see their book reviews. I highly recommend it.

Marley and Me will make you cry but it's so worth it! Add Mill on the Floss. It's a long slow read, but a just beautiful book.

I love the book list. Thanks. I hope to get to some of these sometime. You may find it a little hard in a few months. We shall see.
